Is there really no upfront cost?
Yes. There’s no build fee and no deposit. You pay a fixed £99 a month by Direct Debit (plus a part-month amount for the rest of the month you join), and that covers the design and build, hosting, security, updates and support.
What’s included in the £99 a month?
A professionally designed, mobile-friendly website; premium hosting with SSL; daily backups; proactive security monitoring; software updates; basic SEO so local customers can find you; contact forms and one-tap call buttons; your latest Google reviews shown on the site; and support time every month for changes.
Is there a minimum contract?
No. There’s no minimum contract. You can cancel at any time by giving us 30 days’ notice.
Who owns the website?
We build and pay for your website upfront, so it stays our property for the first 12 months. After 12 months of payments, the website is yours to take with you if you ever decide to leave. Your web address is always yours: even if you cancel in the first 12 months, you can take it with you straight away. See our terms and conditions for the full details.
Do I need my own domain name?
No. If you don’t have one, we can buy one for you, and it’s yours to take if you ever leave. If you already own one, or you’d rather buy it yourself, we’ll point it at your new website.
How long does it take to build my website?
Most sites are live within 10 working days of the discovery call. We spend around 7 working days designing and building it, then you review it and we make the final tweaks before launch.
How do I ask for changes?
Send us a message on WhatsApp or email. Small changes like new text, pictures, prices or team members are included at no extra cost and are usually done within one working day. Larger or regular updates are priced and agreed with you before we start.
I already have a website. Can you replace it?
Yes. We build your new site first, and when you’re happy we point your domain at it. Your web address stays the same.
Can I see what my website would look like first?
Yes. Trades can get an instant preview built from their Google listing in about a minute, and any business can ask for a free homepage design, sent within 24 hours. Neither costs anything or commits you to anything.
What kinds of business do you build websites for?
Small UK businesses of all kinds. Most of our clients are trades, restaurants and takeaways, repair shops, consultants and local service businesses.
Will my website show up on Google?
Every site is built with the basics Google needs: a fast, mobile-friendly design, a proper page title and description for every page, a sitemap and your business details marked up for search engines. If you want more, our sister agency Amazing Design Services offers local SEO.
